Marin Law
March 28, 2004
When is three strikes not three strikes? When you can scam a mushy-headed Marin County judge with a touchy-feely self-actualization saga. Here's the tale of a life-long criminal whose 21-year sentence was cut to two-years. According to this story, that will actually translate to three or four months, plus probation, counseling, etc. Wonder if the pontificating perp will make good on the restitution ordered for all those he burgled to support his drug habit?
